Vector Tiles Pipeline (GeoJSON → MBTiles → MVT/PBF)

What it is🔗

A packaging pipeline that converts large GeoJSON datasets into:

1. MBTiles using tippecanoe
2. foldered MVT/PBF tiles using mb-util (or equivalent tooling)

• Zoom/feature tuning for performance and file size
• Consistent layer naming and metadata
• Works well for offline tiles or static hosting

I’m actively exploring faster paths (Rust tooling, parallelization strategies, or direct tile generation) for very large layers and frequent rebuilds.
